Delete your account from the app

The fastest way to delete your account:

• Open the Kilos app and sign in.
• Tap your profile picture in the top-right corner.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your Kilos login and your personal staff/admin profile. This action cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email us from your registered address at support@devlofttech.com with the subject "Delete my account", or message us on WhatsApp at +91 81478 14232. We verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account login (email and authentication credentials).
• Your personal staff/admin profile stored in Kilos.

Gym business records

Kilos is used by gyms to manage their business. Member records, attendance, and payment history belong to the gym, not to an individual staff account, so deleting your personal account does not automatically erase the gym's operational records. If you are the gym owner and want your entire gym and all its records permanently deleted, email support@devlofttech.com from the owner account and we will remove all associated data.

Data we may retain

After deletion we do not keep your personal profile. We may retain minimal records where required to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Such records are kept only as long as necessary and then deleted.
