Terms of Service

1. The service

Kilos is a software service that helps gyms manage members, attendance, payments, and related operations. We provide the service on an "as available" basis and may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account and for the staff you invite.
• You must be authorised to use Kilos on behalf of your gym business.

3. Your data and your members' data

Your gym owns the data it enters into Kilos, including member records. You are responsible for having the right to enter that data and for handling your members' information lawfully. We process this data on your behalf to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use Kilos for any unlawful purpose or to store data you are not permitted to hold.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or other gyms' data.
• Do not misuse member contact details (for example, sending spam).

5. Fees

Where a subscription or paid plan applies, fees and billing terms are those communicated to you at sign-up or in your agreement with us. Non-payment may result in suspension of the service.

6. Availability and support

We work to keep Kilos reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Support is available via WhatsApp and our Contact page during business hours.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devloft Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using Kilos and delete your account at any time (see Account & Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
